Xclusive Curves Boutique is quality conscience; therefore if you are not 100% happy with any article of clothing*, you are able to make an return within 3 days of receiving your order from the postal service. A store credit will be issued in the form of a online store credit sent via email. Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for processing. STORE CREDITS ONLY Absolutely NO REFUNDS!!!

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CALL STORE IMMEDIATELY DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. 

Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.

 

What items are final sale? final sale.

Clearance, Jewelry and Handbags and Sales Promotions are final sale items.  Final Sale means that items can not be exchanged..  If you return a final sale item, we will not issue a store credit or refund and you will be responsible to contact us to pay to have the item shipped back to you.

 (PLEASE NOTE): If the items are received back to us not in the original condition, they will be mailed back to you).  All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS.

Does my Store Credit Expire?

When returning any item, Xclusive Curves Boutique will provide a store credits.  Store Credits never expire.  Be careful and always save your email contain your store credit number. We will not replace store credit if it's misplaced or lost.

Do you offer refunds or price adjustments?

Xclusive Curves Boutique doesn't offer any form of refund or price adjustment.

I refused the package or there was an issue with my address; can I get a refund?

If you order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue a refund.  Instead a store credit will be emailed to you.  Xclusive Curves Boutique does not issue refunds.

Shipping

 

Xclusive Curves Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Priority /Free Shipping orders are processed within a 48 to 72 hour from the date of purchase.  Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when Xclusive Curves Boutique is closed will be processed the next business day. 

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF  DELIVERY


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Xclusive Curves Boutique you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
